The deadline for returning an Order is 3 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product. Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and accesories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The items that have been clearly personalized.
The Items, which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The items that after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We do not accept returns on used or damaged products unless the product was defective upon receipt.
Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned including gift cards and any promotional items received as part of a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Prepare Your Return:
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Include the RA number, a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Ship the Return:

REFUND PROCESS

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
